11月2日,2020粵港澳院士峰會暨第六屆廣東院士聯(lián)合會年會專題活動“AI+醫(yī)療健康領(lǐng)袖峰會”在東莞舉行。與會專家認(rèn)為,人工智能醫(yī)療是醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生技術(shù)和通用信息技術(shù)深度融合發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,是醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域未來發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)型的方向。
“醫(yī)療智能化現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)逐漸形成一種新的醫(yī)療模式?!敝袊こ淘涸菏俊倚乱淮斯ぶ悄軕?zhàn)略咨詢委員會組長潘云鶴指出,“這個醫(yī)療模式首先是從智能設(shè)備開始的。智能設(shè)備如果和服務(wù)連在一起就變成一個云平臺,云平臺可能把大醫(yī)院、中小醫(yī)院、病人和居家使用者聯(lián)系在一起,實(shí)現(xiàn)智能設(shè)備共享。將數(shù)據(jù)存在該云平臺里,同時為中小醫(yī)院和大醫(yī)院進(jìn)行服務(wù)?!?
潘云鶴進(jìn)一步闡述:“知識云平臺可以和科研教學(xué)的知識結(jié)合起來,比如皮膚病的研究、教學(xué)等。云平臺實(shí)際上是不斷發(fā)展的教科書,還可以把藥店、急救車連在一起,形成一個新的以知識為中心的醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)?!?
在中國科學(xué)院院士、清華大學(xué)人工智能研究院院長張鈸看來,醫(yī)療健康的智能化勢在必行,但人工智能在醫(yī)療健康上的應(yīng)用還存在不安全、不可信、不可靠和不可擴(kuò)展等風(fēng)險?!暗谌斯ぶ悄苁墙窈蟮陌l(fā)展方向,即建立可解釋和魯棒的人工智能理論,發(fā)展安全、可信和可擴(kuò)展的人工智能技術(shù),推動人工智能在醫(yī)療健康中的應(yīng)用?!?
人工智能在醫(yī)療器械領(lǐng)域有哪些應(yīng)用?“從醫(yī)療器械的角度來說,幾乎每一個領(lǐng)域、每一個類別都和人工智能有關(guān)系,比如有源類的醫(yī)療器械,檢驗(yàn)的、手術(shù)的、可穿戴的這些裝備,還有一大類是無源類的各種植入體,像人工關(guān)節(jié)、人工器官、心血管支架等,由于人工智能技術(shù)的發(fā)展,這些植入體的功能、性能都發(fā)生了非常大的變化,可以說是跨越式變化?!敝袊こ淘涸菏?、華南理工大學(xué)原校長王迎軍認(rèn)為,人工智能正在推動醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)的革命性轉(zhuǎn)變,AI與醫(yī)療器械兩個多學(xué)科交叉領(lǐng)域的深度融合發(fā)展,需要跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊整體建設(shè),包括人才培養(yǎng)以及深度融合的課題研究等。
“雖然我們關(guān)注于人工智能應(yīng)用于臨床診斷、治療,即AI如何提高醫(yī)生診斷效率,但不容忽視的還有用于訓(xùn)練AI的數(shù)據(jù)。這些數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)該更加完并定期更新,對于病人而言,信息的點(diǎn)、面以及長期 追蹤很重要?!睆V東省人民醫(yī)院院長余學(xué)清從臨床角度指出,“我們需要在科學(xué)家協(xié)助下,獲得完整、正確、快速的數(shù)據(jù),但同時保障數(shù)據(jù)安全。”
對此,王迎軍指出,AI+醫(yī)療健康本身是一件醫(yī)工交融的事情,需要醫(yī)工緊密結(jié)合的團(tuán)隊來做。她強(qiáng)調(diào):“無論是現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)還是人工智能、醫(yī)療器械的發(fā)展,都需要一個更緊密的多學(xué)科團(tuán)隊、更早的融合,而不是你來做,我來用?!?
